Buyers Declaration of Understanding of Pre-Purchase Terms and Conditions:

1. Buyer: states that he/she is not a participant with any other person, breeder, agent or pet store in attempt to purchase
puppy under false Pretences for the sole purpose to re-sell, re-home, purchase for another breeder/person or pet store.
2. Buyer: understands that this puppy is Sold/Placed as Family Companion only with NO Breeding Rights.
3. Buyer: acknowledges that he/she has read both the Health Guarantee and Purchase Agreement prior to purchase and
agrees to complete, and provide their personally signed copie's to breeder by Fax - email - mail as their Acceptance of
terms and conditions as stated, no later than 10 days from purchase date.

Seller: reserves the right to refuse sale or stipulate placed as conditional sale only by requiring Pre-Sterilization prior to placement.

terms as stated, including to have my puppy sterilized (spayed/neutered) no later than 6 months of age and I understand that
EJRTCA Registration will be withheld pending Veterinarian proof of Sterilization and Microchip validation is provided to breeder.

I ______________________________________________ understand that I am signing a Binding Contract in agreement with all
terms as stated. I have elected to NOT have my puppy Sterilized as required, due to my own personal preferences. I understand
that there will be NO Pedigree/Registration provided now or in the future and dog will remain NOT ELIGIBLE to be Registered
with any other Registry as Breedable.

PLEASE NOTE: If at time of Veterinary Exam, a puppy is determined to have questionable health, over/underbite, retained testicle or hernia.
Puppy will be considered as Pet Quality ONLY, placed at reduced price and will be pre-Sterilized prior to placement at Breeders Expense .

Puppies Registered name is to be prefixed with Brightjacks' on all Registrations, Advertisements etc.*
